How much do you expect to use?

You can use Three's Feel At Home in Italy, so I am hoping to be able to use my One Plan when we are in Venice at the end of September.

When I was in Italy for a few months in 2007, I found Wind the best for PAYG broadband on a month by month basis. This may have changed 7 years later.

thanks we are in Greece and going to Tunisia for the winter so will only be in Italy for a few weeks so do not need lots of gigs just for weather forecasts and emails etc.

I have been successfully using a TIM prepaid card in Sicily

Not sure if you are still interested but we got a dongle from TIM in Sardinia and sailed up Sardinia to Rome down western Italy and across the boot to Ortanto and TIM was great. We came back into Italy in Venice and now in Brindisi and headed to Tunisia for the winter and again TIM works great. Never an issue with it.

For info.... Spent 5 days in Venice and used Three's Feel at Home with great success. Didn't make any calls, but used texts and data willy nilly.

I guess the true test will be on the next couple of bills.

Used TIM on PAYG, from N Italy, round the S, right up to Venice.

Poor coverage (non 3G) round Campania, Calabria and S Abruzzi. Easy to deal with and reasonably economical.
Would happily use them again, arther tha Vodafone.

We have spent quite a lot of time In Italy and Sicily , always used Tim , never had a problem .
