British Ship's Registry Part 1 or 2?

Can someone please tell me whether the SSR Part 3 is still acceptable in France, or should the boat be re-registered under Part 1?

Part 3 is fine.

Thanks, it was more a case of whether the French requirements have changed since Brexit? I've realised my Part 3 has expired and need to update it pronto!

The only difference is that Part 1 is a register of title, which is not a requirement to comply with international maritime law
