British boats on ast coast of Sweden

It's only the 9th June and already I've seen t least nine British boats on the East coast of Sweden between Nkoping and tockholm. This is most unexpected and the majority were flying undfaced blue ensigns - all were sailing yachts.

We were off Norrkoping last week, but didn't have the ensign up, travelling incognito.

We had a couple of UK boats up here last month. And they had some good weather!!!

It's a contingent from a combination of Naval Intelligence (if they have any), MI5 and MI6.

Being a bit thickheaded they were wearing the undefaced Blue Ensign as they are all in the RNR! They wouldn't understand that a Red Ensign would be more anonymous /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif.

We also have a large gin plae flying a defaced red ensign - Cayman Islands. Itshould be called the Good Ship Tax Dodge
