Very good AGM yesterday at PCC. The talk by Rob Kirby was fascinating, and clarified a lot of the issues regarding the creation of a barrage across the Severn. And well done to Susanne Newbold and all at Bay Marine for getting the new edition of the Blue Book published! Great achievement!
