We lost one of the corner screw covers from our Sleipner Side Power joy stick module and it irritates the hell out of me each time I look at it or use it.

By chance at the Boat Live show I called in to the JPC stand to talk about gensets and some really nice refrigerators they had and as they had some Side Power units on show, I mentioned my dilemma and assumed there's not a hope in hell of getting a tiny replacement screw cover. The Director of JPC on the stand said call Side Power, tell them we've had this conversation and can they help me out.

I called Side Power the following day and two days later in the post arrived not one, but two spare screw covers.

No charge for the covers or postage even mentioned.

Such a small gesture made a huge impact on me.

I’ve had great customer service in the past from Brin and the team at side power, beyond expectations for sure. That why new boat to me I fitted a side power stern thruster without a second thought. Others could learn lessons .

That better than my experince with JCP, enquiered after a plastic mounting bracket for my side power remote, told they didny think they did replacements and if did would be £90 +
