Apart from 'not a lot' I mean. The Bridlington Harbour website has disappeared, doing a search for the commissioners or harbour facilities brings up sweet nothing. The link from the RYYC website doesn't work.

Does anybody know whats going on up there? I'm interested as I'm soon to relocate back up north, and Brid is my closest East Coast option for my boat, so i'm trying/failing to do a bit of research.

I sailed past Bridlington the other day and it's definitely still there.

It has definitely moved. On Google maps, it is about 36 yards further North than it was just 10 years ago. Suprised you didnt notice when you were doing your 3 point fix?

That was 'the other day'... a lot could have happened since then, but seeing as its Brdlington..p'raps not.:D No harbour guzzling sea monsters sighted then????

I used to eat at a greasy spoon in Bridlington on parachuting weekends at Grindale in the late 1970s. Most things used to slide around on the plate in the caff for sure, not sure if it was a continental plate though, more like an incontinental plate once you boarded the (in)famous yellow Cessna 206 with the engine that liked to splutter on take off. It used to...just...clear the hedge at the end of the runway when fully loaded..
