I may be months or even years behind the times, but I see Bridgemarsh Marina is for sale complete with Carp Lake and 17 acres. Is this a good buy at just under £2,000,000. + SAV what ever that is? Perhaps we could have a whip round

I guess the business valuation is primarily based on the land.. otherwise it must be very profitable, or the multiples are 'interesting'!

I did a plan in 2012 that valued it at 1.6m. At the time John wanted 3.4m

I guess planning permission might be tricky for any residential development. Is it likely to flood? The round tower up on the Burnham road must have been a good idea at the time?
