Here's a feel good story.
I read the book about 25 years ago and remember it being such an engaging read I searched it out and came across this video summary.

I came across the book Breath of Angels a few years ago in a second hand bookshop and bought it, then when I started reading it I recognised Dado, the guy who had been rescued.
I scuba dived with him on many occasions in Grenada where he was working as a dive master in a hotel there. We had talked about many things but he'd never mentioned this episode in his life and I wouldn't have known about it if I hadn't found the book.
Quite a remarkable story.
