Bread making in a Cobb BBQ

I know there were posts about this before but I can't find them. How is it done? Any hints and tips? I remember talk of bread mix packs from Lidl or suchlike?
Any other Cobb hints and tips welcome as we've just bought one. I tried to get heat beads from Tesco as advised - huge Tesco W London had never heard of them. Can you buy them in France maybe?

What you are actually looking for could have been in the Lounge. The Google search will not find anything there
