Bravo footpump

Having had 2 bravo dinghy footpumps neither of which lasted a season despite only used for top up pressure, conclude Bravo not fit for purpose. The plastic cracks and therefore air leaks. Searching for replacement footpump but Bravo seems the only make available these days. Anyone else had same problem with Bravo and recommend alternative ?

I have a similar pump to this & it pumps up my Avon Redcrest quicker than the foot pump. I had to take the end off the Avon pump & fit it to the hose of the new pump with a 2 inch piece of pipe & 2 jubilee clips

Sorry!! missed the last link but it shows that 2 of us recommend them i suppose :encouragement:

I have a bravo that is getting on.....at least 5 years old............it failed due to my leaving it out in the weather for a few months accidentally . but I took it apart and fixed it.
all good so far..........

maybe yours was a Friday afternoon one !

+1! Stirrup pump style (mine is a Bravo) is MUCH easier to use, particularly on deck...
