I'd be willing to bet they have mild steel pins.
Here are some "hen's teeth" just for you though at £4:00 each could be too rich for your taste.
Lots and lots of standard butt hinges in solid brass, but flush hinges are like hens teeth.

Thank you - the difference, I see (https://www.topclasscarpentry.com/category/Hurlinge-Hinges/), being that in a flush hinge the knuckle projects from only one side of the leaves, but in a hurl hinge (or hurlinge) is offset (‘hurled’, I presume?) to be more centralised to the leaves, giving a more symmetrical appearance between door and frame.
I would suggest that if you enlarge the first image & study the inner leaf you will see that it is the same. The picture in the first image is from the back of the hinge. The pin is offset in both types
