I'm planning to change my expensive Camping Gaz cylinders with Calor, but I have discovered the fairly new BP Gas Light plastic cylinders. They are similarly priced to Calor Gas, but there seems very little info about using them in the marine environment. BP tell me its fine to use them on board but they don't seem to be marketing this product toward leisure boaters which makes me suspicious! Any experience out there of the BP Gas Light?
Cheers!!

I can only get Camping Gaz 907 into my gas locker. I looked at the BP ones, but they're huge. 305mm wide and either 393 or 587mm tall.

An advantage is that they don't rust and leave horrible stains all over your boat.
Refills apparently available in DIY stores so you need two bottles. Don't know if Marina's keep refills.

Also worth noting that the bottles are see through to see if they are full or empty..

Excerpt from BP LPG website.

When you purchase your first BP gas bottle, the price you pay comprises two elements: (a) a charge for the use of the bottle and (b) a charge for the gas purchased in the first bottle. Please refer to the BP Gas Bottle Refill Agreement Terms and Conditions for further details.

When your BP Gas bottle is empty, return it to your selected stockist to exchange it for a full bottle. In this instance you will pay only for the gas

SO seems you cant refill them at filling stations..
