I have never knowingly experienced someone being excluded from social grouping on the basis of their views on the level of involment that the Church has in the state and society, be they disestablishmentist or antidisestablishmentist. Perhpas this would be different if I were in more churchy circles. I have very real disagreements with colleagues about whether or not education should be secular but even there, it has not ended friendships.
