Anyone got a ballpark figure for having a bow thruster fitted professionally to a 38 foot sailing boat?
Had a verbal quote from Windjammer Marine in Milford for labour only of £800-900. Parts from Lewmar would be about £1200, so about £2k or a little over. This for a 37ft boat.
if you can get the bits for £1200, please tell me where to get them. Labour price low but credible.
Wales tends to be more reasonably priced than the S coast - I've found that for many items over a considerable period.
Hi Elessar, try Force4,

Not the biggest bow thruster in the world but big enough for my boat.
£2.7-3.2k
bits are £1.8-2.2K depending on if you go for an SE60 that you're on the upper end of, or an SE80.
