Bowthruster - but only one way!

Having just re-launched the boat, SWMBO was checking various systems as a matter of routine. I’m told that the bow thruster (which was fine last season) is now only working in one direction. I haven’t been able to get to the boat to have a look yet, but when I do, any clues as to what I should be looking for would be very much appreciated. Simple terms please, I’m no electrician!

Thruster is a Sleipner 4 hp.

Sounds like a relay coil has gone,

Normally there are two relays side by side one for each direction.

But first check the direction switch - some electrical spray may help.
