Proper Delrin branded acetal rod is better quality than generic acetal and comes in a few different grades, they are very slightly different materials and Delrin rod tends to be better quality particularly towards the center of the rod and there is a lot of poor quality rod being sold as Delrin which is just generic acetal.
Proper branded Delrin is more expensive but depending on the use can be worth the extra.
For your application it makes no difference but I find that proper Delrin machines much better that a lot of the generic stuff and you can get an almost polished finish straight off the lathe.
The prices quoted seem quite fair.
