So the issue has been fixed as there was a “smal short circuit, that was not measurable with a multimeter, but was apparent on full power.
I have also replaced the relays. Total all repairs + parts + shipping around 500EUR.
Got the boat out of water today and in 4 months there is no sacrifficial anode left, at all. 0.
And the gearbox body looks dead. So a new bp, I guess.
