Bouys/Anchoring Ibiza

Am going to my boat in Spain Tomorrow. We intend to go back to Ibiza.
Are there any new rules re the seagrass since last year? Ive read that you can now pick up bouys around the island but the web sites dont actually give much details as to location etc.
Anybody been over in the last few months who can give further info
