Boulogne 2015 ....... instead of Ostende ??

Chatting to POH at the laying down, it was suggested that a change to the the well established Ostende weekend might go down well, and that Boulogne (at a similar distance for your ECF folk) could work well, allowing some SCF peeps to attend more easily also...

I have eschewed further invoicable opportunities with valued customer, therefore a wide vista of sailing opportunity awaits. I have just booked a couple of weeks mid June with the Artemii, so any time other than that please.

Just in case you are not aware, there is a classic festival in Boulogne from 10th to 14th July. Couple of tall ships and the usual mix of working boats and classic yachts. Don't wish to interfere but thought it worth mentioning. Cirrus will be there as well as Oostende boor Anker.

We are visiting the Artemisses in their freezing mediterranean slum.
However, if it is the weekend after Queenborough, we shall hit Boulogne from our vantage point in Rye.

all being well, we hope to be having our two week cruise for the last two weeks in June. We are aiming to end up at Queenborough and join the rally back up to Limehouse. So I don't think we can fit boulogne on the front end :-(
