Bought a New Fast Boat

Just Drove to wales and Back (520 miles round trip) to collect this little beauty (Aquarius Zapcat). Her indoors keeps telling me I am 62 not 32 . The return journey took 9 hours !!!!!!

It has a 50hp Tohatsu 2 stroke on the back..... Should be a bit of fun !!!

The flying pic was the bloke I bought mine off. His previous one was blue. I wont be doing that sort of thing any time soon

It should have been 5.5 hours but there was a bad crash on the M4 and we sat in the jam for 3 hours then I only did 50mph most of the time as the trailer has 8 inch wheels which are fine for the weight but I was concerned about the speed of rotation. I did replace the bearings and hubs in the car park of the travel lodge though so I wasn't worried about the bearings. The old ones I took out were actually quite good but one wheel was rather poor so a set of 6 ply new ones and a spare wheel and carrier ordered.

I was considering changing up to 10 inch wheels but they would be a struggle on the space of the wheel arch

I used to know a couple of lads that used to race those. Quick, but their cornering ability was insane. I think you need 2 up to get the best weight distribution

520 was round trip one way should have been 5.5 hrs 260 miles

There are in Scotland there might be the odd one in England but that is generally for the sea.
