Hiya All

I want my bottom blasted by them people with the high pressure sand blasting thingies, any suggestions please?.
I know I asked if any of you knew where I could get this done yonks ago, but I've lost the phone numbers you sent. Sorry peeps.

Yep. Blasting hell out of the gell coat is not advisory IMHO. I would have thought it much better to sand the anti fouling back to smooth and recover again from there.

Have you ever tried sanding the stuff, it's almost impossible as well as being a filthy dirty horrible carcinogenic piss awful job!

Anyway you're only jealous cos my boat fits in the yard where yours won't!!!

It fitted in well enough to rescue you from the jaws of hell!!

Ey. all the dash board has been replaced. Dont know how its going to match the unaproved white cieling liner though!!

Yep, still diving. James has hardly used the gear, seems a waste, but hopefully he'll get into it soon.

I think you want "slurry" blasting not sandblasting.

Makes the hard work of scraping and sanding a thing of the past and does not damage gel coat.
They can take off one coat at a time with some of the outfits.
Talk to a few.

Look in the back of Boats and Yachts, MBM and MB&Y.
