Bottle Screw sizes ?

I am replacing the standing rigging on our boat.The lowers are 4 mm wire Uppers are 5mm wire.

What size should the rigging screws be? Im thinking of putting 5 mm screws on the lowers and 6mm screws on the uppers.

My table of wire size versus rigging screw thread diameter gives 4mm:M8, 5mm:M10.

My boat (Snapdragon 747) came with 4mm wire and M8 (or equivalent) bottle screws.

My last 2 boats have had 4mm wire. Both boats were 21-22ft and the bottlescrews were 5/16in (8mm) with 8mm pins.

Thanks for the replies people,looks like I neeed 8 mm for the lowers and 10 mm for the uppers.
