Botnia Targa interiors

Work boats they may be, but Botnia don't appear to think that as they advertise in the mainstream leisure mags/websites. Who are they targeting with those interiors?
yottie converts?

Maybe so, like me...(altough thinking of turning back around) - but perhaps also people who actually still want to go out in Force 5 instead of waiting and cursing the "bad weather" and not having their sink popping out of it's frame or all doors of the cupboards opening - again, like me. Next time when visiting a boat show, take a critical look at the interiors of lots of (sea)boats: they are just no longer fit to go to sea. Some even manage to omit every single gradrail throughout the entire boat, and God help them if a bigger wave hits those nice, big, sunny, frameless windows. Of course, if they only sip champaign of the aft'deck, no worries then :)

OK points taken re the interior.
Next issue, bearing in mind there are ladies and young ladies to woo here, where do they sun bathe? I may as well pre-empt the queries now!
As someone said earlier the BT is not really a female boat.
Also, a proper heads & shower will be required, is this all the models or 31' +?

Realistically, a lot of this depends on your budget as shower cubicles etc are really only found on new models or the bigger sizes.

Go and see Wessex to get a feel for it - they actually have three of 31's on brokerage at the moment from a year 2000 boat @100k to Stingray @ 225k which if I recall has every extra you can possibly think of.

They are not pushy brokers and will spend time talking you through all the options - these boats take a wee while to really appreciate - once you have had a run on one you will see what I mean.

I'm not sure where the chicks could lie down to sunbathe - probably the deck would be a good start - or they could just lie on the pilot house roof, come to think of it that must be what the grab rails are up there are for :-)

The BT also has a sometimes overlooked but very sociable forward seating arrangement.

Very much like the cockpit of a sailing boat and plenty wind in the hair at 28 knots + !!

No, the BT's are built so well, the rails are just for lifting out purposes!

Definitely not designed for wooing - berths are singles until the 31' at least.
Perfectly adequate heads and showers, provided she doesn't mind going outside to the moulded privy in front of the wheelhouse. No odours reach the "cabin" that way. That's for the 25 and 27 anyway.
Sunbathing possible up front and also on camp beds/lilos in rear cockpit!!
In the latter spot she's bound to be turned on by the vibration and banshee howl of the engine/s underneath her as you blast through the chop. She may also get regularly cooled by the clouds of spray that the boats readily create. Sitting up front she'll probably lose her wig and sun glasses.

GET YOUR PRIORITIES RIGHT MAN.
