Bosun's chair

The ships' girl has consented to go up the mast to free the spinnaker halyard. I've got a climbing harness the right size to use with the emergency line but it's not very comfortable to sit in - has anyone a bosun's chair I could borrow for a day? Could easily collect from Orwell or Deben area sometime this weekend or next week.

Why haven't you got your own chair? Are you going to trust a borrowed one? Would you bet your life it is sound? When it is returned, will the owner be sure of its condition?

Buy one, they are not expensive.
