Bosch Injector types

I had some very good advice on here regarding the injectors i physically damaged taken out of my VP MD7A engine when it was seized and i (sort of) rebuilt it. The result is the engine is purring in my garage. I hadnt plugged the engine back into the boat due to hospital so its still in my garage. the numbers on the original damaged but now repaired, Bosch injector bodies, were KBAL65P 1/4.

I''ve just discovered a pair of original unrepaired injectors recently removed from another MD7A.but with the Bosch number KBAL65P 9/4 and i'd like to replace my own with these (for peace of mind).

So my question is - does anyone (Vyv?) know the significance of the final 3 digits? All of the injectors are original VP MD7A injectors.

I can't tell you but a bosche specialist probably can.
If youback to your previous thread and you may find that there were 2 fuel systems with different injectors and all with several supercessions
