Can anybody tell me the length of the boom on an sun odyssey 37, 2003 Ish that’s the aluminium section, not the two end fitting thanks very much for your help Cliff.

The boom length is dictated by the length of the foot of the mainsail. If this has been changed from the original design standard by any PO then the only way to be sure is to measure the sail foot. I feel it is best to have boom as short as will don the job to minimise fouling with back stays sun shelters etc. But must be long enough to permit proper stretching of the foot. ol'will
