Books / magazines holder - any ideas?

I would like to buy or make (preferably made in wood) something for storing some books and magazines in the boat. The boat is a Beneteau Oceanis 361 and there is plenty of space under the saloon hatches for placing staff there but any up/down movement would not keep them in place. Any ideas? Or even better any photos or specific products?
