Vague notion that Yachting World covered it and reported it was connected with sponsors of his big project at the time; might have been an element of protest at some uncooperative blazer wearers. OK someone - how wrong am I?

He was in Partnership with a bloke called Whitworth (Millar & Whitworth are still big chandlers in Australia).

My recollection is that his designs were still being credited to the partnership so he computer-developed the name Lexcon, which had no equal in the known world, thus restoring his personal identity.

According to John Bertrand, Lexcen is a family name of his wife's, rather than a computer-genertaed name.
