BOATY!! Moisture guage thingies

Does anyone know where I can get my hands on (buy or borrow or even hire) a moisture probe liek marine surveyors use. I have my eye on a possible new boaty but have spotted some damage that may or may not be enough to put me off so want to do some investigation before bringing in a surveyor!

Regards your intentions on checking wet hull stuff .Feel sure that you are aware that www.yachtsurvey.com contains some very good info on just how "useful" the information gleaned from moisture meters is!
