I think there's some scheme where you can swap your house with someone else for a holiday.
Given that most people who work can only take a week or two at one time, and yachts only average 'bout 5 knots, you're a bit limited where you can sail.
In an ideal world, you could swap with someone in another cruising area at little cost. OK there's obvious problems such as while you are careful, are they trashing your pride and joy. And everyone wants the HR, while few want the old Sadler or a Beneteau with a dodgy rudder. Maybe the devil's in the detail.
But could it or would it work? Or does it already?
