Our first boat took the plunge tonite and now I have the best excuse to pop down to the pub. "Just checking the boat one more time for luck!" I'm looking forward to the time when jobs become easy, but who cares when the engine fired first time and we can get some sails up and turn it off. Triples all round and fizzy stuff Sat night!

Laser 28, racer/cruiser good fun thong, a big dinghy effectively but struggling to set up the trapeze (advice welcome). Venue is the Steamboat pub in Lossie (yes we sail this far north). Dress is anything that involves sailing (but not including knickers the size of our spinny).
