You know the way time is relative...
The way that a rollercoaster ride that actually takes a few minutes seems to be over in seconds?

I can confirm that the 15 minutes "real time" spent standing in the bilge, holding your finger over a hole in your freshwater tank whilst the pump empties the tank, actually takes hours of relative time.

Please excuse me as I might kick some cats now, or play the Sisters of Mercy at volume level 11 for a while.

Try Fields of Nephilim David, far more sinister that SOM :) your string of bad luck will come to a close pretty soon. can the hole be sorted in situ rather than removing the tank?

I got nothing to say I ain't said before
It leaked all it can, it won't leak no more

Hey now, hey now now, sing this corrosion to me

Time to examine the Sealine manual.

"Water Tank Ejection System: This optional feature will cause the water tank to disconnect and be launched into the air to land on an adjacent pontoon. Ensure that the rear canvas is removed, and the engine hatch open. Turn the handle to the Port or Starboard position, and pull firmly. For boats not fitted with this optional system, use the following procedure: Drain the tank. Disconnect all hoses. Disconnect the tank sender wiring. Remove the four large posidrive screws on the tank face. Open the small circular access hatches, then using a 10mm ring spanner to secure the nyloc nuts inside, undo the four flat headed screws. Pull the tank forwards (mind the fuel filters), then upright, and out".

Fortunately, mine is fitted with the ejection system, so I just pulled the handle: there were a few clicks as the hoses disconnected, then a sproing and a whoosh, and the tank landed neatly on the pontoon.

Why the hell is my tank marked "Wrong Shape?" :nonchalance:
