boatmail.co.uk - any personal experience?

Being in the process of selling my house I want to keep a UK address for bank, tax, driving licence, pensions etc. Usual advice on the forum is to use family but the only candidate is my sister and I don't want to impose.

Has anyone any direct personal experience of using Boatmail based in Leighton Buzzard? They also seem to be caravanmail, narrowboatmail etc etc.

Yep, been using them for about 8 months now. Seems to be a one man shop. Reliable and you get a real human being you can talk to if you have special requests, which I much prefer over the larger operators with human call center droids. :encouragement:
