Boaters fined for avoiding registration fees

Sorry for the drift B1,but does anybody know what has happened in the Enforcement in marinas case, has it been heard yet?

Methinks you are deluding yourself, Fred. CRT will still have to operate within a legal framework and they will not "own" the river or its banks in the same way as they "own" the canals.

Yes but CRT are a law unto themselves and seem to think that they do...........

See the latest court cases on the Trent.

I for one do not relish the C & RT getting another big dowry to take over the Thames which they need to cover the increasing backlog of defects on other waterways.

Delusional.....Old Git....Never....:)

"The Times They Are A-Changin'"

Come gather 'round people
Wherever you roam
And admit that the waters
Around you have grown
And accept it that soon
You'll be drenched to the bone
If your time to you
Is worth savin'
Then you better start swimmin'
Or you'll sink like a stone
For the times they are a-changin'. :)

Here come CaRT
