Boat window frames

Evening all. I will probably be shot down in flames for this one but here goes….
My old Hummingbird 30 has an outer anodised alloy window surround with seal, glass and internal alloy surround which is held together with a blind screw with a screw nut type thing in the inside.

A few of these have rotten where the anodising has failed. There aren’t too many people who seem yo
Make these- boat is in Suffolk.

My question and this is possibly where I am going to suffer 🫣🫣…can things like this be 3 d printed or is that just a ridiculous idea- anyone have any experience of making stuff like this?
Would love to do them all in stainless but realistically would cost more than the boat is worth!!!
Failing that, anyone recommend anyone?

They had all the small stuff that held together my frames, which were made before 1973. Give them a call, or send the frames to them.

He is a bit south of you, but local. I sent my windows from Scotland, great service for a refurbishment.
 
Another suggestion of a firm that may be able too help

Eagle Boat Windows located in Bury St Edmunds so may be more convenient for you.

btw the "blind screw with a screw nut type things" are called Interscrews
