Boat ventilation

Can someone tell me the name for those cloth tubes one hangs in the rigging with other end in the hatch to catch the wind and ventlate the boat on hot days
I just do not seem to be able to find on google

If any one has used them, do they work and which are the cheapest and which are the best

We have 4 of these http://www.breezebooster.com/index.html which are self-supporting and work really well. Presumably there must be something similar available in the UK?
