I have a fletcher gts speedboat fitted with a 3ltr mercruiser engine and alpha one outdrive.
The boat is in excellent condition and has a very nice interior.
It has a very good trailer and cover also
I bought the boat about 2 months ago but unfortunately I have now been advised that I have serious health issues which means I will probably and very reluctantly have to sell.
Pricing boats is a very difficult thing to do but having lost 000s on selling boats in the past I don't want to do the same thing again particularly as only recently purchased
Can anyone suggest the best way to sell.
Have tried gumtree but only stupid offers from chancers without even seeing boat.

Where you live can decide on the asking/selling price.
Ebay is not a good guide to prices. Very difficult to gauge a middle price from there.
Have purchased speedboats from inner London locations , most were virtually unused and in top notch condition regards damage and servicing. Prices inland were usually less as well.
One bought in Brockley, a Simms ,had been bought on a whim, used literally once and was then abandoned in a front garden.
Boats located with easy access to coast tended to have had a much harder life, however prices were not noticably lower.
Make sure it gleams when the buyer arrives even the cover, a layer of old bird poo does not bode well.
Tidy up the interior, a pile of disgarded manky lifeackets and mould on the seat /carpets is turn off.
Many buyers will hyave travelled a long way with cash and would like not to repeat the journey.
Make sure trailer tyres are pumped up and it is capable of being taken away there and then.

Facebook Market Place, Boats and Outboards. I sold a Fletcher GTS 19FT Sports Cruiser with trailer, with the same engine this year and got £13,000. That was in the spring though
