Transportation cradles

Ho do you handle the need of transportation cradle in UK ?

I have got several offers of metal yacht cradles suitable for road and sea transportation. But prices are around 1400 GBP, which is like too much a only use once in the sea transportation.

Any ideas or sources to purchase wooden motorboat cradle around Glasgow / Troon area ?

Motorboat dimensions:
- Weight 8,090 lbs (3,670 kg)
- Length rigged 32'11" (10.03 m), actual hull lenght is ~8 m.
- Bridge clearance max 10'3" (3.12 m)
- Beam 10'00" (3.05 m)
- Sliding hull with deep-V bottom
