I own a Four Winns 205 sundowner (1990) with a 150 johnson on the rear. I am after a trailer but am a little unsure about what i need - anyone know approx weight of the boat, anyone got a second hand trailer that would suit the job. Thanks in advance.......

A 4 wheel 2000kg gross trailer will give a cap of 1500kg-1600kg this should be ok to take boat, fuel and your gear. Stay away from skids only, skids and keel rollers are ok and so are side rollers and keel rollers, make sure the trailer is 20' at match the boat. Stay away from U.S trailers with the 2" hitch one that has had the hitch , axle and the wheels and tyres changed and is with in 7'6" width would be ok the tyres on U.S trailers are not E appoved and not rated above 55 mph so be carefull when looking at them i hope this is abit of help
