Boat swap

Anyone know if ther is any website or other means of negotiating a boat swap rather than buy one and sell another means of upgrading?
I have a lovely 26 footer in perfect nick which I'm considering exhanging for a longer boat simply due to our family crew growing in number and size. Or maybe not - ponies seem to be becoming a big crew distraction lately

cant see it would work. There are too many variables in boats, and the chance of finding two people who want to swap mutuallyjust seems too remote for it to work.

well that might be desirable but not the only possible outcome. I think perhaps it might be a case of try it and see...
