Boat Storage - South of France

I have the chance of buying a yacht in the South of France at a very good price but, due to work committments, would be unable to use her for at least a year. Does anyone know of a yard or marina in the region which could store the boat on land. It would need to be:

Within 100 miles(ish) of Antibes
Secure
Inexpensive (cheap!)
Close to UK transport links( Stansted preferred)
I would be allowed to work on the boat(anti fouling etc)
Electricity and water supply.
