I am looking to rent a hard standing for a long term upgrade of a steel ketch in the Ely/Newmarket/Cambridge area, and to rent for about 24 months.
If 240v power is available so much the better but it is not essential. What is however is access to the site by a low loader and crane.
I am willing to pay a good rental upfront for the right position. No weekend or after hours work will be involved so a residential position would be OK.

before going to the expense of transport, make sure you know the situation re. planning permission. we had no trouble building a boat in our front garden but we heard of someone who was forced to remove his boat as the local council objected.
