Boat storage in Canary Islands

Hello,

We are currently in the marina at Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, which we have to leave by the end of August because the ARC have booked the visitor berths. We have to be away for three months from October to December, and we're looking for somewhere to safely store the boat, preferably on the hard, during that time at a reasonable cost. We've already inquired at the boatyard at Puerto de Tazacorte in La Palma, but they are already fully booked during this time.

Hiya. The yard at Gran Tarajal on Fuertaventura always seems to have space. Also Puerto Mogan on Gran Canaria. Or for a bit bonkers but probably cheap, Restinga on El Hierro. Bit of a trek to get anywhere though.

Another option is Varadaros Anaga at the northern end of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Storing boats (plus antifouling etc) is their business.
