Boat Stanchions

I'm in the process of sorting out my stanchions and lifelines. Having sourced the lifelines I am looking for some stanchions that don't taper and have a bobble with a hole though it at the top, just a tube with a plastic cap on top as seen on several Sadlers that I know. Does anybody know any company who makes these before I go to my favorite fabricator and get eight stanchions made?

Make them yourself. You can buy the tube and end caps. Drill holes for guardwires. I did this where I replaced guardwires for guardrails to mount solar panels.

Goodness, I've just looked at some of the Boatscrapyard prices, I can pick up brand new stuff for what he is charging!

I may end up doing that @geem, but before I do I'll have a chat with our amazing fabricator as he will do a much better job than me.
