Given my wife influences much of my life…..I think not taking her is sound advice. I’ll ask her to drop you a pm and discuss further
 
Rumours say that an exhaust hose came off flooding the bilge.
Also, from the videos, it does not seem that the boat completely sinked. Maybe it was kept half afloat?

I think that’s more likely than a bunch of wafer thin girls sank it
It’s certainly looking sorry for itself....I wonder how Lamborghini are feeling about having their name associated with this PR disaster
 
I wonder why the Daily Wail suddenly got interested in a boating matter?
Their interest in boat safety ? Or a chance of a few more pictures of women in bikinis? I wonder?
Classy rag. And clearly researched carefully with their boating experts - boat sinking on "the ocean" ! Inshore with countless other boats around.

Also the sixteen person max capacity is under CE-B and its limits, that is Force 7 and up to 200 nautical miles.
So under the coast for example as a CE-C rule she might be able to carry 20 persons, although in bigger the yachts say 50ft plus I never see details about this.
A smaller 9 meter boat might be given for example a CE-B10, and a CE-C12.
