Boat servicing, surveyors, southern French coast

They don't seem very good with their information
All too common with brokers in my experience; you need to see plenty of boats in person yourself to develop a sixth sense of what’s right and what’s not, and what works for you and what doesn’t. You may also find with European brokers especially that a particular boat is listed with loads of them, but only one of them is the master broker, but you won’t know who that is. All the others have split commission arrangements, some maybe not even agreed in advance.

Yes, I've seen that already. One of the NC11s is listed twice by different brokers. I've looked at so many online that I didn't notice until I saw one particular feature ( the foredeck was teak whereas most aren't ).
