boat selling

I saw a 1950's motor launch on ebay that used to belong to Elizabeth Taylor. Needs a serious tidy up but was very cheep when I saw it yesterday.
If I didn't have so many projects I'd fancy doing it.

No such thing: you might buy a project hull for a couple of hundred, but by the time you go to sea you will have spent a couple of thousand!

Many boatyards have abandoned derelicts stuck away in corners, which might be worth trying, but you need to be there.

Also have a look at: www.andyseedhouse.co.uk who often has 'project' boats on his books.

Ah yes! The good Andy Seedhouse............

Where boats go to die! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

He does have a brilliant emporium of second hand chandlery though!

Gis a clue then, what's 'cheap'? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif I do know of a rather nice 16ft Oyster, but it might fall outside of your definition.
