Boat Sales Form

Decided to sell Bambola and will (eventually) need a sales agreement form - I seem to remember somone posted info about sales agreement forms but cannot find it? can't find them on RYA website either. Anyone help?

I was really looking for a brokerage type form - agreement to buy - rather than a title transfer form.... something about deposits and subject to survey etc...

There's a couple of forms in the back of the RYA book "Buying your first sailing cruiser", of which I have a copy at home.

jmirvine thanks for the offer - I emailed the RYA legal department - brilliant - sent me forms, advice to buyers which is really interesting for sellers too - must say the RYA are much underestimated - they should publise themselves better as what they have to offer is excellent and wide ranging
