Boat Plans

Who can help
I would like to build a boat and need advice on how and where to get plans.
While not a boatbuilder I am an experienced cabinet maker/joiner with access to full workshop facilities incl CNC.
I am thinking about something along the lines of a Kittywake 16 or similar or anything up to maybe 25'.
Any advice would be appreciated

I've just finished building a Golant Gaffer from plans. Like you, not a boat builder, but found it straightforward (if very time consuming!). I really got to appreciate the quality of the plans and the effort the designer had made to give all the detail needed. Try www.classicmarine.co.uk for a run down on the popular plans.
