There are camp sites near Emsworth and on Hayling Island. Boat wise you are then in striking distance of marinas like Emsworth Yacht Harbour, Sparkes, or even Southsea and Chichester.

Thin ice here, friends often refer to our boat as an "Aquavan" and we were caught behind the slowest sail boat under power last weekend coming into the Hamble lol

Chichester marina has a camp site local to it. Part of a bigger group, but I cannot remember the name of hand. There is also Haven At Weymouth, again pretty close to the harbour.

We've camped there a number of times either in the tents or in one of the log cabins, they allow open fires and have a relaxed atmosphere.. having an instruction video giving directions to the nearest pub on their front page says it all The cater for Campervans

A short walk over the dunes to Hurst Point and about a mile walk into Lymington
